Job Introduction                  We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist based at our Audi dealership in Solihull. The hours of work are 40 hours per week between 8:00am to 6:00pm (typically either 8am to 4.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm) Monday to Friday and working a Saturday on a rota basis. Once per month. Upon completion of a training period, some remote working days can be added into your work pattern. The basic salary for this position is £23,863 with a monthly bonus earning you up to £30,000 per annum. After initial training is complete, hybrid working can be offered. This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.
