We are currently recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager / Technical Account Manager to work for our Segensworth based manufacturing client. This is a busy role that will require someone with excellent administration skills and that has previous experience within Commercial Account Management and managing customer relationships. It will require communicating with international corporate clients as well as internal departments. You will be the primary customer interface, leading regular customer reviews and to manage, monitor and report on their associated order book, including driving the supply chain to deliver to customer requirements. Taking a proactive approach to problem solving will be essential. In order to be considered for this role you will need to have experience in a similar role within manufacturing/ production. This is initially a contract role lasting 9 months however, the company will offer permanent opportunities for the right candidates. The Role Working as a senior member of the team, this is very much a busy Account Manager role. You will be responsible for managing your own book of business customers. You must be capable of building strong relationships and must enjoy problem solving. Your duties will include: * Primary point of contact for your customers * Lead regular conference calls and business reviews with your customers * Manage your customers order books and negotiate priorities with internal supply chain * Investigate and resolve invoice disputes * Producing and analysing reports * Dealing with Export licences The Ideal Candidate In order to be considered for this role you will ideally be educated to a degree level (or equivalent) and must have previous commercial relationship / account management, customer service experience. You will need to be keen to progress in your career and demonstrate leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will be confident challenging processes and comfortable building strong business customer relationships. You must have previously worked within manufacturing/engineering type companies as you will need to understand technical information and be confident prioritising your workload.
