Techniche Global are supporting a manufacturing company to appoint a  Crash Test Technician on a long-term contract assignment to be a part of their Technical Research & Development facility in Cranfield just outside of Milton Keynes.   Job Duration – 12 months rolling 39 core working hours Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1.20pm Deliverables and KPIs of the Crash Test Technician: Preparation / building vehicles / components for crash test in line with local procedures and Engineering Manuals. Support Testing in static and dynamic conditions to gather accurate, timely, and quality test data/results. Support Evaluation and concern identification including liaison with Test Engineer. Support delivery of Key Performance Indicators for the section Use skills to provide support to other sections as required Vehicle Crash Test; preparation and measurement. Vehicle dis-assembly, assembly, & maintenance 3D co-ordinate equipment set-up & measurement Data acquisition & Report writing Qualifications/Skills Required: Vehicle system knowledge with the ability to fault find Understanding of vehicle diagnostic tools Understanding of component measurement techniques Able for some travel to external suppliers If this role is of interest, Apply Now
