Consilium are proudly supporting an innovative and leading manufacturer of precision composite, machined and fabricated parts for the aerospace industry. We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join the team in support of the businesses continued growth, the role will be based in the Lancashire area with a hybrid working pattern encompassing a minimum of 2 days on site. The Role The Contracts Manager will be responsible for all aspects of customer contract management and will act as the first point of contact for the company and its customers through all aspects of the contract lifecycle. This includes agreement of new and existing contract renewals, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction at all times. You shall play a key role in contract and price negotiation, development and maintenance of contracts and NDA database whilst overseeing contractual price updates, review of NDA’s, internal communication of contractual terms and pricing updates, face-to-face customer meetings and delivery of contractual proposals. Responsibilities include:  Management and responsibility for all new and existing contracts. Managing all aspects of contract control both internally and direct with the client. Upholding contractual compliance within the business. Management of contract extensions to conclusion. Production of contract review forms and summaries for sign off within the business. Negotiation of contractual terms with customers to a mutual agreement Develop and maintain a contracts and NDA database to include contract term, expiry dates etc. Organising and attending all relevant contractual meetings internally and externally with or at customer premises. Negotiation of contractual pricing with support of the Business Development team when required. Review of all NDA’s received to aid sign off. Be the first point of contact for all contractual activities internally and customers. Other duties as appropriate in support of the customer and internal departments. The Person  As a proven Contracts Manager you will have excellent communication and customer facing skills ensuring that all existing and new customers relationships are maintained and maximised. You shall possess an analytical mindset with a natural inquisitiveness to solve complex problems. An enthusiastic and driven mindset is essential to facilitate exceptional customer service and client satisfaction, working part of a team all striving for the same end goal. The successful candidate will have experience of contracts management within an aerospace manufacturing environment or similar, with the ability to interpret contractual language at a high level.
