Composite Fitter Opportunity / Motorsport Manufacturer / Outside of IR35 / Rolling Contract Location – Daventry Title – Composite Trimmer / Fitter Shift – Monday to Friday (07:30 – 16:30) Role – 6 Month Contract Status – Outside of IR35 Salary - £20 - £22 PH About An enticing opportunity has come available with one of the leading motorsport manufacturers in the UK. With this business actively supporting a variety of leading Formula 1 Teams, they are now searching for a skilled composite trimmer / fitter. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience operating with Class A components, delivering to agreed delivery dates and will have worked in either the motorsport, automotive or defence sector. Key Responsibilities of the role: * * Trim, fit and bond carbon fibre components as specified in engineering drawings * Assembling moulds, jigs, and fixtures * A good problem solver, that has extensive knowledge of structural bonding of components to company specification * Experience delivering efficiently, accurately and to the highest quality on the agreed delivery date * An individual that is a team player and is willing to assist in other areas of the department The successful candidate will display the following attributes: * * Significant experience of trimming/ fitting a broad range of composite materials in the F1 Sector/ for leading motorsport manufacturers * Experience working to tight deadlines * A methodical approach to work with excellent attention to detail * Ability to plan and prioritise workload and maximising the output with the available resources. * Flexibility and a can-do approach required. * Able to work with minimal supervision How to Apply- If you would like to apply for this position, then please do not hesitate to contact me on (phone number removed)
