The Company: An international multi-billion-pound company World-leading pioneer in the Aerospace industry FTSE 100 Company Great Benefits Friendly and Supportive Working environment Provides stability with work/life balance What You'll do: As a Composite Fitter you will: Ensure parts are produced on a 'right first time' basis Be responsible for the timely completion of work tasks in line with Methods of Manufacture, Job Card and the logging of job progress in Single Point (Time Keeping System) Make sure that any calibrated equipment used is within date Be responsible for highlighting any non-conformance to the Process Team Leader What We're Looking For: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques The ability to work to Methods of Manufacture Knowledge: Setting structures in trim and assembly jigs, Drill/Ream/Countersink in panels with Vanmar tools, Fettling, Mixing and using adhesives and sealants, Percussion riveting, Treatment touch-up in localised areas on aluminimum What else do you need to know?
