Job Role: Compliance Team Leader  Job Type: Permanent  Location: Solihull/Hybrid  Salary: £40,000 Our client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance Team Leader to join their team. As the Compliance Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of coordinators and document controllers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the scheduling, booking, and compliance aspects of the vehicle fleet operations. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Compliance Team Leader  Manage and lead a team of coordinators and document controllers. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Develop and implement efficient scheduling processes for vehicle bookings. Coordinate with internal departments to optimise fleet utilisation and availability. Monitor and track vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure compliance. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance performance and productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure adherence to best practices. Qualifications & Requirements- Compliance Team Leader  Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations and standards in the fleet industry. Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
