Compliance Manager Crewe £35,000 - £45,000 - Experience Depending 37.5 Hours a week Operations DirectorMy client who is the UKs leading provider and administrator of Vehicle Service Plans & Warranty Claims based in Crewe is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their welcoming team.  The Compliance Manager will oversee compliance for Maintenance products and services, focusing on legal documentation such as client contracts and consumer communications. They will ensure communication of compliance activities throughout the business, support client engagement, and drive strategic goals.  The Compliance Manager will be responsible for: Overseeing contract compilation for maintenance products, controlling legal documents, and maintaining risk management. Developing and updating compliance manuals, policies, and procedures, and managing legal relationships. Coordinating regulatory responses, monitoring developments, and advising on privacy and data protection risks. Ensuring compliance with government requirements and preventing maintenance contracts from acting as insurance policies. Handling breaches of compliance limits, supporting growth strategy, and enhancing business outputs. Providing subject matter expertise to the Commercial department and ensuring operational resources are sufficient. Maximizing sales through cohesive collaboration with sales teams and maintaining the Company's status and image. Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and quality policies at all times.The Minimum Requirements for this Compliance Manager vacancy include:  3+ years of regulatory compliance management experience. Knowledge of governance/compliance frameworks and risk management. Experience in drafting client contracts, consumer terms, and marketing materials preferred. Familiarity with FCA and ICO regulations. Proficient in MS Office and general PC skills. Compliance with Company Handbook policies and procedures.
