Expleo is seeking a Comms and Engagement Specialist on behalf of our customer, a leading organisation undergoing a major transformation programme. This contract role is based in Solihull and plays a key part in ensuring successful deployment of change initiatives by engaging stakeholders, managing business readiness, and driving adoption across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: - * Lead communication and engagement activities for incremental deployment releases. * Describe and communicate the impact of process changes on business roles and user access. * Identify stakeholders and end users in scope for deployment activities. * Support onboarding of Early Adopters and Super Users. * Conduct business change impact assessments with senior stakeholders. * Develop and execute stakeholder communication and engagement plans. * Collaborate with Process Leads and key stakeholders to align global business processes. * Ensure compliance with transformation process architecture and regulatory standards. * Create and maintain a comprehensive communications strategy that promotes user engagement and celebrates milestones. What You Bring: - * Experience working on transformational or change management projects. * Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. * Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively. * High standards for written communication and documentation. * Ability to create timing plans for business change and readiness activities. * Skilled in developing and implementing communication strategies. * Analytical mindset to evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources. * Ability to liaise effectively between business, technology, and support teams. * Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
