What will your role look like? * You will be expected to respond to all customer enquires in a timely and efficient manner ensuring specialist information and advice is given on new and used products, highlighting the features and benefits of the various models to enable the customer to choose the right vehicle and funding for their needs. * All customer contact information must be recorded on the CRM system maintaining the system up-to-date, and follow up actions as required. * You will be expected to cover the required training to ensure product knowledge, pricing and conditions are current, to enable you to explain products, and finance options to the customers. * To maintain and expand your customer contact network within your allocated market territory, keeping up to date with market trends. Ideally you will have the following experience and skills: * Relevant sales experience ideally in the motor trade commercial vehicles * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Strong negotiation skills * Well presented as an individual as this is a customer facing role * Computer literacy with MS Office and CRM systems * A good team player and company ambassador * Full clean Driving licence
