We have a number of roles in Preston for a Commercial Vehicle (HGV) Technician Technician candidates are required to be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (we will need to view certificates before proceeding with a job offer) with previous HGV experience. Previous work within a dealership would be preferred. Night shift technicians, candidates will need be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and will need an IRTEC certificate. 1) 4 on 4 off day shift pattern 6am to 6pm. Rate is £17.83 multiplied by shift premium 1.153 (£20.55) plus Technician Grade Bonus. Annual leave is 240 hours per annum including bank holiday entitlement. HGV Technician Role 2) Saturday to Monday Night Shift, 7pm to 7am. Rate is £17.83 per hour multiplied by shift premium 1.333 (£23.76) for Monday and multiplied by shift premium 1.60 for hours worked Sat & Sun (£28.52) plus Technician Grade Bonus. Annual leave is 207 hours per annum including bank holiday entitlement. HGV Technician Role 3) Wednesday 1pm to 7pm and Thursday to Saturday inclusive from 7am to 7pm. Rate is £17.83 per hour multiplied by shift premium 1.12 (£19.96) plus Technician Grade Bonus.
