Being responsible for delivering the business and customer strategic goals, with a key focus on long term vision and benefits. Supporting contract negotiations and leading post-contract-award scope changes. Being responsible for managing assigned programs throughout their lifecycle and providing senior level leadership, oversight, and control on cost, schedule, and performance of contracts. Analysing existing product portfolio ensuring continued financial health whilst strategically identifying opportunities to improve profitability and growth. Increasing revenue by collaborating with the Engineering and Business Development teams. Presenting program status to customer and internal senior level management as required. Being the primary interface with customers and feeding back to the business.  Commercial Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Strong understanding of business, engineering and operations management. Prior experience in a senior customer facing role.
