Commercial Manager – 12 month contract - Shrewsbury L & C Consulting are currently recruiting on behalf of an established, secure business company in North Shropshire for a new Commercial Manager / Contract Manager to join them on an initial 12 month FTC basis. Full time hours (37.5 hours per week) and the option for some WFH on occasion are available for the right person after training. Duties will include (but not be limited to): * Main point of customer contact and supporting all commercial & contract activities * Manage contract changes, logging and changing proposals as appropriate * Document contract deliverables * Analysis & Reporting * Manage contract penalties * Operational activities * Costings v Forecasting Professional & Personal skills and experiences: * Knowledge of commercial & contract law * Ability to build relationships * Strong analytical skills * Excellent communication skills * Experience with Business Process Analysis & improvement methodologies * Degree educated or equivalent (ideally business or law related) * IACCM or equivalent is ideal though not essential The role comes with an excellent salary (DOE) and package including Private Medical Insurance, generous pension, share plan, insurance and more.
