CNC Turner Location: NG16 Salary: £29,500 - £36,500 Per Annum (Dependent On Experience/Shift.) Shifts: Mon to Thurs: 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm Fri: 6am-11:30am or 11:30am-5pm. (Days, Lates and rotating Available) 37.5 hours weekly. The CNC Turner Role: Due to continued growth into new sectors and expansion of their largest contracts, the company is undergoing a recruitment drive of up to 20 new permanent CNC engineers to fulfil existing and future order books. Duties and Responsibilities: Setting and Operating one of the following machines Mazak Qt10, SQT200 and 250, Nexus, Utilising Mazatrol programs on TPlus,640T Controls. QT2ooMB 3 Axis using the latest Smooth Technology control. The Mazak machines are mainly Mazatrol programs but do utilize ISO programs as well. 2 and 3 Axis CNC. Flexibility required in relation to operating more than one machine. Work to achieve set production times and targets. The Candidate: Mazatrol or Fanuc control experience Mechanical Apprentice trained or qualified by experience. 2 or 3 Axis Experience. Good written and verbal communication. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, with guidance and supervision. Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
