Join a company that values its employees, offers flexibility, and fosters career growth. Key Responsibilities: Program, set, and operate Mazak CNC Lathes (18” and 10” chuck, no barfeed). Manufacture high-precision components from billet workpieces to exacting tolerances. Select appropriate tooling and perform self-inspections to ensure accuracy within +/- 0.01 to +/- 0.25mm. Work independently, handling complex technical products with minimal supervision. Maintain and follow safety standards and company policies. Complete required documentation, including timesheets. Required Skills & Experience: Time-served CNC Turner with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience working on billet components. Proficient in programming and operating Mazak CNC Lathes. Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experience working with various materials including steel, stainless steel, and superalloys. Ability to work flexibly across different shifts and take on overtime when needed. Excellent communication skills and a solid engineering background. Shift Pattern: Early Shift: 6am – 2pm (Mon-Thurs), 6am – 12pm (Fri) Late Shift: 2pm – 11:25pm (Mon-Thurs) Total: 36.33 hours per week What’s in it for you?
