Manufacturing Parts for Airbus and BA, you will become part of a well-respected company within the UK. The position will be Based at the site in Central Derby. Our client currently employ over 200 people at the site, we are now looking to add contract support to the work force to assist with the growth of the business. For this CNC Team Leader position you must: * Experience overseeing and coordinating the day to day operation of a number of production areas * Experience with various CNC machining such as Milling, Turning and Grinding * Experience team leading and assist with training * Preferably relevant industry experience particularly in aerospace and CNC machining * Experience with continuous improvement practices such as Lean Six Sigma and possess skills in problem solving * Experience undertaking performance management responsibility for team members including conducting appraisals Required qualifications for this CNC Team Leader vacancy: An Apprenticeship or equivalent City & Guilds qualification is desirable. A flexible approach will be needed to meet the strict deadlines needed to adhere to by our clients.
