You’ll be instrumental in programming complex components used across a range of industries — from aerospace to automotive and beyond. Responsibilities: * Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis machines using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar). * Collaborate with engineers and machinists to translate technical drawings and CAD models into efficient machining strategies. * Set tooling paths, work offsets, and fixture layouts for maximum efficiency and precision. * Troubleshoot and refine programs based on test runs and operator feedback. * Contribute to process improvements, tool selection, and machining best practices.
