Specialising and passionate about precision CNC machining, manufacturing of special purpose machinery with over 40 years experience in the aerospace, nuclear and technology sectors. Due to the nature of the market our client supplies into, all candidates must be UK residents. Responsibilities and Duties are required for the CNC Miller Programmer role: * CNC 5 axis milling * Setting, operating and programming at the machines * Able to make tool changes, prove out and conversant with G codes * Fanuc and Heidenhain control panel experience * Conduct regular maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. * Utilise hand tools effectively for assembly and adjustment of components as required. * Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in production processes. * Manage materials handling tasks, ensuring that all materials are stored and used efficiently within the warehouse environment. * Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, including programme changes and machine settings.
