CNC Machinists (Mazak/Heidenhain) - Night Shift We are currently seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join on a night shift basis. Position Details: Pay Rate: Up to £28 per hour (Inside IR35) Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday to Friday) Location: Witney, Oxfordshire Key Responsibilities: Set and operate Mazak CNC Mills/Lathes or Mill/Turn (Integrex) machining centres using Mazatrol control systems. Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure precision manufacturing. Produce both batch work and one-off components to high-quality standards. Maintain adherence to AS9100 and ISO9001 quality management systems. Work with a variety of materials while ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Contribute as a proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in setting and operating CNC machines. Apprentice trained or time-served in a machining environment. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes. Experience working in AS9100 and ISO9001-certified environments. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different machining challenges. Desirable Skills: Mazatrol programming experience. Experience with Mill/Turn or 5-axis machining. Ability to read or program using ISO (G-code).
