CNC Machinist - 12-month contract Salary: Competitive Location: Derby As a CNC Machinist you will be doing: Operate a variety of Inspection equipment, including machine probing, micrometres, plug gauges. Working on various CNC machining platforms Interpretation of manufacturing drawings, customer drawings and written specifications. Assessing quality of components are to specification Skillet and experience - CNC Machinist MUST HAVE completed an advanced modern engineering apprenticeship and an NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Siemens control system experience is preferred. Experience in 3 and 5-axis grinding, milling and turning. Previous experience with aerospace components would be an advantage.
