CMM Inspector, £33,700 per annum, Ilfracombe, Monday – Thursday, 7am – 5pm, 38 hours per week We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced CMM Inspector to join a nationwide company in Ilfracombe, specialising in the production of high-quality castings and components. As a valued team member, you will utilise your extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes to ensure that all machined and fabricated components meet both client and company standards. In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality inspections, calibrating measurement equipment, conducting in-process checks, and creating First Article Inspection Reports. You will also be expected to conduct final inspections and uphold the company's high standards. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within an engineering environment and possess the following qualifications and skills: Proficiency in using hand-held measuring equipment, such as micrometres, verniers, height gauges, comparators, and thread gauges Prior experience with CMM machinery Knowledge of AS9100/9001 quality systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you are a highly skilled and experienced CMM Inspector with a background in aerospace, we want to hear from you.
