Questech Automotive are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a centre for an industry leading client. You’ll help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operations run smoothly. Key responsibilities: * Oversee all operational aspects of the centre, including workshop, front-of-house, and service delivery * Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and customer service staff * Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations * Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth * Deliver outstanding customer experience and handle escalations effectively * Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives About you: * Strong leadership and communication skills * Organised, proactive, and customer-focused * Strong experience in a supervisory or management role is essential * Experience within an automotive environment is essential Hours: You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Some Saturdays may be required. Pay: Annual salary is between £40k - £45k. Plus perm benefits.
