Car Sales Executive Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy dealership environment. You will be responsible for selling new and/or used vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales and finance targets while ensuring full compliance. Key Responsibilities * Sell new and used vehicles in line with monthly targets and KPIs * Build strong relationships with customers from initial enquiry through to handover * Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options * Maximise opportunities on finance, insurance, warranties, and add-on products * Accurately complete sales documentation and maintain CRM records * Ensure FCA compliance and follow dealership processes at all times * Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up enquiries professionally * Deliver an outstanding customer experience to drive repeat business and referrals Skills & Experience Required * Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive (preferred but not essential for the right person) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Target-driven with a proven ability to close deals * Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Full UK driving licence required What’s on Offer * Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission * Company car or car allowance * Ongoing training and manufacturer accreditation * Career progression opportunities within the group * Supportive team and professional working environment
