Key Responsibilities * Welcoming customers into the dealership and identifying their vehicle requirements. * Presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles. * Arranging and conducting test drives. * Managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. * Promoting finance, insurance, and additional products in line with compliance standards. * Following up leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. * Building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Ensuring all customer interactions deliver an outstanding experience.
