The Role: As a Car Sales Executive, you will: * Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle. * Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial inquiry to final handover. * Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue for the dealership. * Maintain strong product knowledge of new and used vehicles. * Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve dealership goals. What We’re Looking For: * Minimum of 1 years of experience in car sales (dealership experience preferred). * A passion for sales and a customer-first attitude. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * A self-motivated and target-driven approach. * Full UK driving license. What’s on Offer? Basic Salary £20,000 plus £55K+ OTE – Uncapped Commission Company Car 5 Day week, closed on sundays.
