Airside Transport Solutions is one of our newest ventures and this role is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow our fledgling business into a major part of our new premier parking service at Dublin Airport.  We are hiring for full time Customer Service Advisors, Car drivers (B Licence) and Team Leaders to join our diverse and dynamic team to support the elevation of the overall airport experience. Running a 24 hour service, shifts will be 03:00 am to 11:30 am, 11:00am to 19:30 and 19:00 to 03:30 am. (maybe subject to change) As a driver, you will guide our customers on their journey around the site, ensuring their cars are reversed parked and the customer is on their way to the airport as smoothly as possible. Following professional training you will become confident in navigating the Car Park and upholding Health and Safety standards. What you'll need … A good level of stamina is required as you will need to move between vehicles and the reception area for your shift duration Excellent people and communication skills  A Full valid UK/ EU car licence  Efficiency and time-management Experience of delivering excellent customer service [desirable] Professional driving experience [desirable] The ability to work shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays to meet business demands What you'll do… Safely drive customers vehicles to and from the airport terminals Ensure all vehicles are reverse parked in their assigned bays and returned to the correct terminal Collect the vehicle keys from reception and/ or scan the vehicle key back with the Reception team to secure in the lockers [as appropriate] Reporting any vehicle damage or suspicious activity in the Terminal Car Park to the Reception and Team Leaders as appropriate, including Airport Police if required What we'll offer you... €31,200 per annum [with a Night shift allowance] 23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Company pension after 6 months service  Life insurance  Private online GP service Discretionary employee incentive bonus scheme  Access to our Employee Assistance programme Employee discounts  Free coach travel  Endless opportunities for career progression within the business Things to Note...
