GBRS are recruiting for a permanent Service Advisor on behalf of their client, a car dealership based in the Loughborough area of Leicester Service Advisor Role Overview Our Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with their service needs, explaining repair processes, and ensuring a smooth service experience from check-in to completion. They communicate between customers and technicians while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
