Business Manager - Motor Trade Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire Salary: £30,000 Basic + OTE £50,000 - £70,000+ + Company Car + Benefits Full-Time | Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our dealership team. As a key member of the sales management team, you will be responsible for maximising finance and insurance (F&I) penetration, ensuring compliance, and supporting the sales team in closing deals and delivering a first-class customer experience. This is an ideal role for a results-driven individual with a strong background in automotive finance and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Drive F&I product sales (finance, warranties, insurance, etc.) to achieve departmental targets Support the sales team in structuring and closing vehicle deals Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high CSI scores Accurately complete and audit all relevant documentation Assist in training and mentoring the sales team on F&I processes and customer presentation Report financial performance and conversion metrics to senior management What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Sales Controller in the motor trade Proven track record in F&I performance and compliance Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly organised and detail-oriented Strong understanding of FCA and SAF requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Full UK driving licence What's on Offer: Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) Uncapped OTE: £50,000 - £70,000+ Company car or car allowance Pension scheme, bonus structure & performance incentives Extensive manufacturer and F&I training Career progression opportunities within the dealership group Supportive and professional team culture
