They are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead the new & used sales team in Staines. Requirements: * Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in car sales or financial services. * Tenacious, enthusiastic, and personally responsible for team achievement. * Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. * Team player with a genuine interest in people. * Strong desire to succeed. * Ability to maximize sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction. * Goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. * Minimum of 12 months successful track record in customer-facing, target-driven Business Sales Management. * Valid UK driving license.
