Business Manager Location: Redhill Salary: £50,000 – £62,000 OTE Hours: Full-time, rota basis The Role We are recruiting an experienced and driven Business Manager to join a successful automotive dealership in Redhill. You will play a key role in maximising finance and insurance performance while ensuring customers receive a professional, compliant and positive buying experience. Key Responsibilities * Present and sell finance, insurance and value-added products * Maximise profitability while maintaining FCA compliance * Work closely with the sales team to support vehicle sales * Explain finance agreements clearly and professionally to customers * Maintain accurate documentation and records * Achieve monthly KPI and penetration targets * Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and handover experience Requirements * Previous experience as a Business Manager or Senior Sales Executive * Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products * FCA accreditation (or willingness to complete) * Target-driven with strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * £50,000 – £62,000 OTE * Competitive basic salary with strong commission structure * Company car or car allowance * Established dealership with strong sales volume * Ongoing training and career progression
