We are looking for a Business Development & Project Manager to drive the growth of TRIGO’s Automotive Advanced Services business in the UK. This role combines business development with project execution oversight, ensuring seamless delivery from contract acquisition to implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales-driven mindset with experience managing projects, preferably in supplier development, quality engineering, or manufacturing services. Key Responsibilities · Business Development: o Identify and develop new business opportunities within OEMs, Tier 1 & 2 suppliers, and emerging EV companies. o Promote TRIGO’s supplier development, quality engineering, and consulting solutions. o Engage with procurement, engineering, and quality leaders to position TRIGO as a strategic partner. o Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and commercial offers. o Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs). o Build a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive revenue growth. · Project Execution & Customer Delivery: o Serve as the primary customer point of contact post-sale, ensuring seamless project delivery. o Define project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with internal teams. o Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the right technical experts are deployed. o Track project KPIs, milestones, and financials, ensuring alignment with contractual expectations. o Address and resolve customer concerns and operational challenges during service execution. o Ensure continuous improvement by gathering client feedback and optimizing service delivery. Key Requirements o 5-15 years of experience in a commercial & project management role within automotive, manufacturing, or consulting. o Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation. o Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple service engagements. o Familiarity with quality and operational processes in automotive/manufacturing, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing. o Experience with EV transition & industry trends is a strong advantage. o Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal technical and sales teams. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
