Job Title: Business Development Manager [Automotive] Location: Nottinghamshire (Hybrid) Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 + Car allowance and other benefits   An exciting opportunity to work for a well-established Automotive Training company as a Business Development Manager, responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within Adult Education / Technical Training, HGV, Light Vehicle and Autocare apprentice programmes.   Key Areas of Responsibility: Carry out Business Development, research new work providers, identify key prospect clients and decision makers within the Adult Education / Technical Training, HGV, Light Vehicle and Autocare apprentice programmes To grow revenue and identify strategies for future growth opportunities Promotion of the Training business within target accounts organisations Complete all necessary reporting to keep line management and the wider business informed and progress towards achieving agreed targets Generate own leads using methods such as cold calling, networking and field sales Skills & Experience Required: Good understanding of the Automotive and Education / Training sectors Min 3 years’ experience in Business Development Good time management with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload under pressure Happy to travel to various locations across the U.K. If this Business Development Manager, working within the automotive sector, have a strong understanding and network within the Adult Education / Technical Training, HGV, Light Vehicle and Autocare apprentice programmes sectors, please contact the team at Talent Connect Group to discuss
