Business Development Manager: Yorkshire: £45k basic £85k OTE Our client, a leader within the Yorkshire region for vehicle management solutions are looking to add to their team. Offering car products/services ranging from sales, rental, lease, insurance, to both the commercial and domestic market, the Business Development Manager will be predominantly increasing the knowledge of the group’s services to large corporate accounts, tailoring their service to clients’ individual needs. This role would therefore suit Business Development Managers with extensive sales and account management experience from a B2B service provider background. Main Responsibilities: * Speaking with large existing accounts selling the groups wider service offering * Attracting new clients by way of networking events, phone calls, face to face meeting etc * Manage a new client journey from initial contact through to delivery * Update all client contacts and conversations into the companies CRM * Provide clients with quotations based on their specific fleet requirements * Assist with social media and marketing messages with the Marketing manager * Overall increase spend with existing clients by offering additional services and gain new business to be nurtured. You will require: * Previous sales and Business Development experience in a B2B environment * Exceptional sales and account management experience * An understanding of social media channels to help create content to assist sales * Experience of the automotive industry is desirable but not essential * Have a positive, confident and likeable personality, with a can-do attitude * Have a strong desire to be successful both individually and as part of the team With a generous basic salary and realistic, clearly translated commission structure, this is truly an exiting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-respected, vibrant and growing company
