Due to promotion, they have a new vacancy for a Business Development Manager to join the team, candidates are sought with experience developing existing clients, winning new business and identifying new business opportunities. The successful applicant will have excellent sales and account management skills and an engineering qualification is essential due to the required technical understanding of the product. Remote - UK Salary: £ 55,000 – £ 70,000 (OTE £130k) + benefits Suitable For: Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, BDM, Commercial Manager. The Role Meet revenue expectations by cultivating new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts. Prospect for new business in the UK and attend industry events. Collaborate globally with teams to ensure synergistic companywide approach. Identify customer's key business initiatives and create ROI-based proposals aligned to their initiatives generating business outcomes for customer. Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate customer concerns and issues to the team, to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Facilitates multiyear contract negotiations. Develop, execute, and maintain long-term key account plans with the account team. Lead multiyear contract negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Work with colleagues to ensure a cohesive companywide approach to landing new business and account management. The Candidate Must reside in the UK. Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, business, or related field. Proven track record of success in sales. Good understanding of the automotive, aerospace, or cutting tool industries. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across a globally diverse prospect/customer base. Results-oriented and resourceful, with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile. Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships.
