All you need is a can-do, customer focused attitude and a clean car licence. Their Academy will train you to help you get your PCV licence (bus licence) and your professional development will continue throughout your employment. They also welcome applications from PCV licence holders. If you have a PCV licence and at least 12 months left on your CPC, you may qualify for the £3000 joining bonus (terms and conditions apply). They offer competitive rates of pay – after successful training drivers join their starter rota (midi-bus rota) where the basic salary is around £27,300 rising to £30,000+ when you become part of the main rota - with plenty of opportunity for increasing this with overtime. During the 5-6 week training period the pay is around £434 per week rising to a basic £506 per week when you move to the midi-bus rota and there is a guaranteed minimum of £578 a week when you join their main rota. Overtime is often available if you want to earn more!
