We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an HGV Bodyshop Supervisor. Bodyshop Supervisor Responsibilities: As the HGV Bodyshop Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy bodyshop. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Leadership: Lead, motivate, and guide a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development. Workflow Management: Plan and manage the workflow in the bodyshop efficiently, prioritising jobs based on urgency and complexity while optimising resource allocation. Bodyshop Supervisor Requirements: In-depth knowledge of Heavy Goods Vehicles, their construction, and repair techniques. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with team members and customers alike.
