As the Bodyshop Site Manager, you will oversee a diverse team comprising paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and administrative staff. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth operations, optimise capability, and drive profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Manage and lead an on-site team of experts, including paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and administrative staff. * Understand business needs, accounts, reports, and KPIs to effectively manage site resources and costs. * Actively manage relationships with work providers and suppliers. * Address any customer issues promptly and effectively. * Prioritise interviewing to ensure swift filling of open vacancies. * Always ensure adherence to health and safety protocols. * Plan workload effectively to meet agreed timescales and manufacturer specifications. * Work skilfully and safely under pressure. * Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly site targets. About You * Previous experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager is essential. * Expertise in health and safety protocols within a workshop environment. * Proven ability to plan workload effectively and meet deadlines. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexible approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
