QC/Polisher East London (E6) Salary: £12ph- £15ph, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday- 8am to 6pm Our client Our client is a family- run bodyshop with over 30 years of experience within the vehicle body repair industry. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out thorough quality control checks on all vehicles after the repair process, ensuring all work meets the required standards. * Polish vehicles to remove any imperfections in the paintwork, such as drips, sags, and scratches, to achieve a flawless finish. * Use a variety of hand-held and mechanical polishing tools and apply waxes, polishes, or protective coatings as necessary. * Address any customer concerns with the finish of their vehicle, providing excellent customer service and ensuring complete satisfaction. * Maintain a clean and tidy work area and adhere to all health and safety policies. * Work closely with the paint and body repair teams to provide feedback and ensure continuous improvement in the quality of work. About you… * Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive body shop. * A keen eye for detail and a quality-driven approach to vehicle finishing. * Ability to work efficiently without compromising on the quality of the finish. * Good knowledge of polishing techniques and materials. * The ability to manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. * A full, valid UK driving licence Aligra have been established since 2007 and have since implemented supply partnerships with a number of the UK’s leading logistics companies.
