As the Commercial Bodyshop Manager, you’ll take the reins of a fast-paced, innovative shop, ensuring top-tier repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a skilled team, optimise workflows, and build strong relationships with our customers and vendors. Responsibilities for the Commercial Bodyshop Manager: * Managing & pre planning the day to day activity of the Depot * Estimating Repairs * Monitoring efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality repairs * Managing the Health & Safety of the depot and colleagues * Negotiating deals with suppliers * Profitability of the depot Required for the Commercial Bodyshop Manager: * Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a bodyshop team * Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with commercial vehicles * Previous experience in a bodyshop or repair setting is preferred * Estimating / VDA / Audatex experience is not essential, but desired * Ideally hold a full clean driving licence If this role sounds like the ideal role for you then please send your CV to Danica Baker at Sprint Recruitment
