Duties & Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager: * Forecasting time scales and using management systems. * Liaising with internal and external managers, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders. * Demonstrating registered repair techniques to a high standard. * Focusing on the Bodyshop striving for best practice, performance excellence and highly professional customer service. * Conducting stage inspections and final quality checks. * Consulting with customer admin teams on workflow progress. * Supporting all team members and working together. Your Background & Skill: * You must hold previous experience within a Bodyshop environment as a Manager. * Qualified Estimator. * Strong understanding and experience of the repair process within a Bodyshop. * Knowledge of Bodyshop Management systems & Audatex. * Excellent communication skills. * Good time management skills. * Ability to work well under pressure.
