The main responsibilities for the Bodyshop Manager are as follows: * Monitor day to day running of the Bodyshop * Maximise efficiency, productivity and customer experience * Continuously maximise profitability * High level quality control and checking of work * Comply with manufacturer partner audit standards * Monitor and assist estimates to ensure accuracy * Coach, mentor and motivate team * Increase customer awareness on all available services * Input into generating new business through insurers, private owners, local car dealers To be a successful candidate for the Bodyshop Manager role you must: * Have previous experience within a similar role * Have outstanding attention to detail * Be an excellent communicator both written and verbal * Be friendly, polite, courteous, empathetic * Have proven career progression through a Bodyshop environment * Have strength of character to ensure robust processes are followed by all * Be a good motivator to ensure the team want to follow you as a leader * Have strong organisational and management skills Salary and Benefits: * £38k basic salary (OTE £51k) * Company Car scheme * Performance bonus * Brand new state of the art facilities * Health insurance * Pension scheme If you feel you have the right skill set, knowledge and experience and are looking for a new and rewarding challenge then please apply for the Bodyshop Manager role now
