Our client is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager to run an Accident Repair Centre based in Uxbridge. This role may suit a driven and motivated Bodyshop Manager who is experienced in the role. Our client is offering the following: * Basic between £52,500 - £60,000 * Bonus scheme – Site performance related * Full time * Permanent role You must be able to demonstrate experience of: - * Producing / implementing marketing & sales strategies * Overseeing recruitment, staff training and staff retention * Ensuring the bodyshop always adheres to Manufacturer and Group standards * Monitoring bodyshop performance against Group targets/budgets * Producing reports as required by the Group If you are interested in the vacancy above, we would love to hear from you
