Our client is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager to run an Accident Repair Centre based in Wimbledon. This role will suit a driven and motivated Bodyshop Manager who is experienced in the role. Our client is offering the following: * Basic between £55,000 - £65,000 * Bonus scheme – Site performance related * Monday to Friday – 7am – 5pm – Flexible if needed. * Permanent role You must be able to demonstrate experience of: - * Producing / implementing marketing & sales strategies * Overseeing recruitment, staff training and staff retention * Ensuring the bodyshop always adheres to Manufacturer and Group standards * Monitoring bodyshop performance against Group targets/budgets * Producing reports as required by the Group If you are interested in the vacancy above, we’d love to hear from you
