Bodyshop Manager * £50,000 to £70,000 per annum * Hoddesdon * Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm * Full time * Permanent An award winning commercial body shop, with an array of insurance and fleet clients, our client are looking for a Bodyshop Manager for their site in Hoddesdon. This facility needs a Bodyshop Manager to ensure that the assigned work is completed on time, on price and to be best quality. You will also need to ensure that the operation is profitable, with a close eye on the financials and budget. You will take an overall view of the business to ensure that everything is happening in the most efficient way, with best practice. You will report to the Senior Management Team, and contribute to the success of the group. This company are on a path of growth, so the possibilities here are endless. On a day to day basis you will: Oversee the running of the Bodyshop Instruct team members in best practice Manage the financials of the unit Provide reports and management information What experience do you need?
