You will be:- * Manage on-site team of experts (paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and administrative staff) * Experienced in team management and driven by results * Understand business needs, accounts, reports, and KPIs * Efficiently manage site resources and costs for optimal capability and profitability * Actively manage relationships with work providers and suppliers * Handle customer issues and complaints effectively * Prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager with expertise in health and safety protocols * Ensure consistent adherence to health and safety measures * Plan workload to meet agreed timescales for vehicle readiness * Work skillfully and safely, following manufacturers' specifications * Lead and collaborate effectively within a team or independently with minimal supervision * Flexible approach and commitment to high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.
