We are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join Europe’s leading accident repair group! Our client is offering a salary of up to £74,000 OTE for this role, working 7.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.  Our client site is in Rochdale. The ideal candidate should have experience in Mechanical Engineering, ideally from an industrial background, with specific experience skills in Bodyshop, Auto, Cars or managerial roles. At least 2 years of experience working in an Accident Repair setting Experience as a manager, senior or team leader A full Driving Licence A passion for teamwork and productivity to lead a high-achieving Bodyshop A proactive approach, staying one step ahead The role will include, but is not limited to the following tasks: Opening the workshop and delegating to the team Reporting to Regional Manager each day Liaising with all team members to ensure targets are met Giving estimated completion dates Ensuring workshop is safe and PPE is being used adequately at all times Quality checks of vehicles Our client offers a modern, clean, and flexible working environment with free onsite parking and the opportunity to be part of their Go Healthy program and take-home free fruit and veg.
