You will be:- * Manage on-site team of experts (paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and administrative staff). * Experienced in team management and driven by results. * Understand business needs, accounts, reports, and KPIs. * Efficiently manage site resources and costs for optimal capability and profitability. * Actively manage relationships with work providers and suppliers. * Handle customer issues and complaints effectively. * Prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager with expertise in health and safety protocols. * Ensure consistent adherence to health and safety measures. * Plan workload to meet agreed timescales for vehicle readiness. * Work skillfully and safely, following manufacturers' specifications. * Lead and collaborate effectively within a team or independently with minimal supervision. * Flexible approach and commitment to high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.
