Benefits: £30,000 Salary Dependent On Experience plus bonus Monday To Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Working Hours No Weekend work Bodyshop Environment - Any Automotive Customer Service Experience ConsideredRequirements: A working experience within this role or similar Customer Focused and an excellent communicator Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties: Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems Update Customers and Vehicle Records Prepare and complete Invoices Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed Liaise with Insurance CompaniesFor your hard work as a Bodyshop Advisor our client is offering a salary of £30,000, with OTE of £40,000.
