This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in customer service (ideally within the motor industry or a repair centre) who’s looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with a friendly team and clear processes in place. This is a permanent, full-time role with no weekends required, and you'll be joining a professional but relaxed team who support one another. Ideal for someone looking for longevity in a well-run business. The Role: * Front-of-house reception duties — first point of contact for all customer enquiries. * Managing the full repair process: estimate, updates, handover and aftercare * Regular communication with customers via phone, email and internal systems. * Liaising closely with all departments to ensure a smooth, high-quality service. * Allocating courtesy cars and managing collection/delivery logistics. * Processing payments and facilitating final handovers. What You’ll Need: * Strong communication and organisation skills * Experience in customer service — ideally in a bodyshop or automotive setting * Confident using IT systems (experience with Autoflow a bonus) * A genuine team player who takes pride in delivering great service Interested?
