What you will be doing as a B2 Licensed Engineer: * Oversee certification of Base and Line maintenance for avionics systems, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines for group and customer aircraft. * Apply troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills to ensure safe and efficient operation of Executive Aircraft. * Collaborate across departments for smooth communication and efficient coordination. * Manage time effectively, ensuring maintenance schedules and operations are met. * Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and maintain high morale. * Adapt to high-pressure situations with strong problem-solving abilities. * Lead major base maintenance checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and high-quality maintenance. What we’re looking for in our next B2 Licensed Engineer: * Hold a B2 License * Type-rated on Executive Aircraft (desirable). * Completed an apprenticeship or formal training program, or possess equivalent qualifications and experience in avionics maintenance. * Proven experience managing and supporting both Base and Line maintenance operations. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and familiar with CAFAM (or similar systems). * Strong background in working with Executive Aircraft, ensuring top-tier maintenance and technical expertise in avionics.
